All products sold on Vedaom are digital downloads.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You receive immediate access to digital content.
- You waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal period under applicable consumer protection laws (where applicable).
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- You did not receive access to the download file.
- The file is corrupted or technically unusable and we are unable to resolve the issue.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

“I agree to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal.”

Without that, EU customers may legally request refund within 14 days.
